I am a mental health therapist and bought this doll to use in play therapy sessions. The doll is very realistic and adorable The chubby chin and limbs make her look that much more realistic .However, I am disappointed the limbs aren’t more pliable. The legs are in a permanent bent position so doll doesn’t sit up on own very easily which is why I have her in a doll carrier The description stated the doll weighed 3 lbs but it feels much lighter than I expected. They forgot the birth certificate and when I requested it they said, in short, it was too difficult to send but if I brought a second doll they would put two birth certificates in the box. Hummm.. not exactly happy with that response, but I will move on. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and don’t plan to return. I wanted to write a review because when I was searching for a doll other peoples videos and pictures were helpful. The outfit, blanket and carrier not included. - Play therapist reviewI bought this doll for my granddaughter. SHE ABSOULELTY LOVES IT, and she is very particular! It is just like the picture that was shown. The skin is soft and the pacifier that comes with her does fit in her mouth. She comes in a cute canvas bag, with a birth certificate, the outfit she is shown with, bottle and pacifier. She has on a nice quality doll diaper and her arms and legs are wrapped with a lot of plastic to protect them. This may sound silly, but, if this is for a child, I recommend opening the canvas bag, taking the wrap off, and dressing her before you give her to your child or grandchild. I recommend this because I feel that the child is expecting his/her "baby", and to see her like that - she looks like she came right from a factory. As a friendly suggestion, I also bought a car seat and diaper bag, and put her in the seat and the diaper bag next to it with her bottle in it. This is so cheaply made! Within a month the head fell off. Reached out to the company, heard nothing back. Terrible customer service!! Will not buy from this company again!
