We were shocked to find it has a penis....For the price I'm not sure it's entirely worth it but the doll looks fairly close to the photo. Maybe not as hairy but the hair looks like a real infants hairThe doll is not like the pictures shown by seller. The face does look like it but just the way it was "hand painted" doesn't give the same look. The whole body is more like plastic rather than soft vynil. The arms and legs are hard to move. The pacifier didn't stick to the mouth. It was not well protected during shipping, just wrapped in a black plastic bag.I hope they improve their advertising and their packaging. I had to return it.
